Shipping Information
You may order online securely by clicking on the "Add to Cart" buttons located next to
the items you wish to purchase. You will need to supply shipping and credit card information.
You can also call 1-888-881-2293 toll-free. We are available to take your order from 8 am to
4 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charge to Canadian addresses is $8.00 per order with a $5.00 handling fee.
Due to their bulk, some items indicated online require an extra shipping charge which
will be indicated on the item description and automatically added in the shopping cart.
Most non-personalized in-stock items will be shipped within three(3) business days. Not
all items are necessarily shipped at the same time, but you will not be charged for additional shipping.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added as follows:
5% GST to all Canadian addresses, plus an additional 7% to all British Columbia addresses BCWF Guarantee
Returns Policy
If any item, for any reason, does not measure up to your expectations, any time, you may
return it for a prompt exchange or refund of the purchase price excluding delivery charges.
You may return most items sold by the BCWF within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please
note that we are unable to exchange items.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids. (These items will say
"This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page.)
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any book that has obvious signs of use.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, or cassette tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Returning a gift?
We allow gift recipients to return items they received as a gift even
if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. Just indicate the item is
a gift at the time of return, and we'll send a gift certificate for the amount of the returned items.
